01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 12 Baje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") when you access or use the website at https://12-baje.vip, the 12 Baje mobile application, or any related services we provide.

12 Baje is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. We offer casino games, fishing games, dice, live dealer tables and other entertainment products. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with 12 Baje — from browsing the site to placing a bet to requesting a withdrawal.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 12 Baje.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a 12 Baje account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 12 Baje platform.

If you cannot verify that you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. 03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 12 Baje platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When you register at 12 Baje, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12 Baje login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 12 Baje will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 12 Baje account.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered phone number and email address current at all times.

04 Deposits and Payments

12 Baje accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit at 12 Baje is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification steps. Deposits are credited to your 12 Baje account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• 12 Baje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts may be reversed.
• 12 Baje charges no fees on deposits — any fees are charged by your payment provider.

If a deposit does not appear in your 12 Baje account within 10 minutes, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 12 Baje are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Most withdrawals are completed within 3 minutes; during peak periods, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

Before your first withdrawal, 12 Baje may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves confirming your name and phone number. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

• Withdrawals are only sent to accounts in your own name.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 12 Baje reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once submitted and confirmed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

12 Baje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Offers / Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses at 12 Baje are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 12 Baje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multi-accounting, collusion or exploiting loopholes — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

All games on the 12 Baje platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of every spin, hand or round are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The published RTP (return to player) percentage for each game reflects the long-term statistical average, not a guaranteed return on any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12 Baje platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

The 12 Baje name, logo and brand identity are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in social media profiles, third-party websites or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Baje provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12 Baje is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data or interruption of service.

• We are not liable for third-party payment provider delays or errors.
• In the event of a game malfunction, 12 Baje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

12 Baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after any investigation is complete, provided no fraud has been identified.

You may also close your 12 Baje account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered wallet before closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Changes to These Terms

12 Baje may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on their account, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
